Got back from IHOPing and watching the second Care Bears movie with Eric and Claude a little while back. Yes, Care Bears. Because we care...we care...WE CARE! And we shoot kindness out of our bellybuttons and fly around in hover cloud cars unnecessarily equipped with wheels. Oh man. Dark Heart makes me laugh, that loserly douche. XD
Anyway, Care Bear action made me nostalgic for my 90's childhood, so I YouTubed a bunch of old TV shows I was obsessed with back in the day, and oh man. Can we say Caitlin's Way and Animorphs? Ah ha, I was so in love with Griff and Tobias, respectively. If I ever *shudders* have kid boys, I'm naming them Griff and Tobias, except maybe not because they'd be named after TV characters I crushed on, and that'd be really creepy and awkward. People all thought the Animorphs TV show sucked, but I didn't give a crap because save one random book I still have--a Tobias book, naturally, because I was a geeky lovesick preteen, duh XD--I didn't read the series, so booyah. Sad, couldn't find any Allen Strange, though. Ha, his dad was a mannequin, that's still funny to me. XD I miss the old Nickelodeon, that didn't suck like the new one whose only good show is Avatar. Then there was that EMT show on Disney a long time ago, In a Heartbeat that Sis and I only watched because Jake and Tobias from Animorphs were in it. Tobias was the bad boy EMT and he was so hot and now I need to watch that one ep. of Instant Star just to see him and relive my excuse of an old lovelife. Heh. Speaking of Instant Star, I only found the lame Annie eps. of So Weird which is annoying because Annie sucked. It was all about Fi. And Jack, who I also had a crush on. Ha. Ha.
Oh. Oh. But this was the best show of my lame childhood EVER.
Seriously, does anyone other than Sis, Melissa, and April remember SPACE CASES?! Oh my gosh, we were like...obsessed with that show. I remember liking Harlan because he was Zack/Black Ranger in the good ol', original Power Rangers. Space Cases tag, anyone? Oh geez, it's like, ridiculously funny how obsessed we were. For real.
HOLY FARK SIS I FOUND SPACE CASES TORRENTS LIKE FOR REAL AND NOT FAKE AND ZOMGA BELIEVE IT!!!

Edit: No ways, how the frick did I forget about freaking Are You Afraid of the Dark? Gary! "I'm...cold." And that creepy monster in the pool ep. that made me afraid of deep water. That show was the shiz, yos.

AND ANIMORPHS! You would not believe what a fiend I was for that series. I read every single book like fifteen thousand times and I cried when I finished the last book. I was so sad. :( How many episodes was the TV series? It seemed like it was only on for a little bit! (I was sad over that, too. ;P) Man... those were the good old days. |
